Experience and Contract
Experience: 1–2 years in IT/Desktop Support (Must have Bloomberg experience)
Contract: outsource, yearly extendable
Job Responsibilities- Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users.
- Configure and deploy laptops/desktops and provide post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Log, update, and manage incidents using Service Now or other ITSM tools.
- Support and troubleshoot Bloomberg Terminal applications.
- Set up and troubleshoot Audio-Visual (AV) systems and meeting rooms from scratch.
- Ensure timely issue resolution while meeting SLA targets.
