Our Big 4 consulting client is seeking an experienced and commercially focused AI Lead to drive the strategic development and execution of AI initiatives for enterprise and government‑sector clients across the UAE. The successful candidate will define the AI vision and roadmap, lead a team of AI engineers, and deliver innovative AI and generative AI solutions that enable digital transformation and business value.

• Define, develop, and own the AI strategy and roadmap aligned with client business objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Identify and prioritize AI, machine learning, and generative AI use cases with measurable business impact.
• Establish delivery plans, governance frameworks, success metrics, and implementation timelines.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, platforms, and market trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders on AI adoption and scaling.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Machine Learning Engineers.
• Drive technical excellence through architectural guidance, solution reviews, and best‑practice implementation.
• Support capability development and knowledge sharing across the AI team.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery across multiple AI initiatives and work streams.

• Oversee the design, development, deployment, and optimization of AI and generative AI solutions.
• Lead the implementation of large language models (LLMs), predictive analytics, machine learning models, intelligent automation, and copilot solutions.
• Collaborate with data, engineering, product, and business teams to transform requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI standards.

• Partner with senior executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define business cases.
• Present AI strategies, roadmaps, solution designs, and project updates to executive audiences.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI transformation, implementation approaches, and operating models.
• Support business development activities, proposals, and client workshops where required.

• Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and objectives.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and performance metrics.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure adoption, effectiveness, and business outcomes of AI initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across AI delivery processes and methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or advanced analytics.
• Proven experience leading AI teams and delivering enterprise‑scale AI programs.
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing AI roadmaps and transformation strategies.
• Strong expertise in generative AI, LLMs, NLP, machine learning, and AI solution architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and presentation skills.
• Experience working within a consulting environment or delivering projects for large enterprise clients.

• Previous experience within a Big 4 consulting firm or a leading technology consulting organisation.
• Experience delivering AI solutions for government, public sector, financial services, energy, or large enterprise clients.
• Expertise in Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, and enterprise AI governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of MLOps, responsible AI, and AI operating models.
