The Delivery Manager / Senior Scrum Master is responsible for leading Agile delivery teams, ensuring effective implementation of Agile principles, removing delivery obstacles, and driving successful completion of digital initiatives across Internet, Mobile, SMS, and Wearable banking platforms. This role requires strong facilitation, coaching, and coordination skills to enable high-performing teams and smooth cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead and coach Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and promoting Agile maturity
• Remove blockers and support the team in achieving delivery goals
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders for backlog grooming and prioritization
• Ensure high-quality delivery within agreed timelines
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters for cross-team dependencies
• Track project schedules, risks, issues, and ensure timely reporting/escalation
• Monitor delivery value and conduct retrospectives to improve team performance
• Ensure adherence to IT policies, compliance, and quality standards

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Certifications:
  
  Scrum Master (CSM/PSM/SSM), PMP or equivalent required; SAFe and Cloud certifications are a plus
• 12+ years in IT/Banking/Fintech with 4+ years in Mobile & Internet Banking projects
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices and delivery
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with cloud, microservices, Dev Ops, and application security
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and cross-functional team leadership
