Data Center Operator

We are looking for a hands‑on Data Center Engineer to support and maintain critical IT infrastructure at our facility. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operational health of servers, network hardware, and physical data center systems, ensuring maximum uptime and rapid resolution of incidents.

• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, and networking equipment, including racking, stacking, cabling, and hardware swaps.
• Monitor data center environment, power, cooling, and physical security, and promptly escalate anomalies.
• Conduct routine hardware diagnostics, break‑fix support, and part replacements (disks, RAM, PSUs, NICs).
• Support remote‑hands requests from global NOC engineering teams.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation of all equipment changes.
• Follow strict change management, safety, and security procedures within the facility.
• Respond to and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment delivery, RMA, and on‑site repairs.

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in a data center, NOC, or IT infrastructure environment.
• Working knowledge of server hardware (Dell, HPE, Lenovo) and basic networking (switches, patch panels, cabling standards).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Service Now, Jira, or similar.
• Comfortable with physical work: lifting equipment, working in server rooms, rotating shifts.
• Basic Linux/Windows server troubleshooting skills.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA Server+, Network+, or vendor‑specific) preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict operational procedures.
• English proficiency (and additional local language if required).
