Core Skills & Experience
- 15+ years managing large-scale banking technology projects
- Proven expertise in end-to-end project delivery and multi-vendor governance
- Strong experience with wealth platform implementations and banking transformation programs
- Hands-on experience managing IT roadmaps, risks, environments, and go-live activities
- Strong understanding of infrastructure, release management, and stakeholder management
- Experience with EU/Swiss new bank setup projects is mandatory
- Experience with Finnova and Incore Sobaco is an added advantage
- PMP Certification preferred
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
