We are looking for a Senior Manager within our Oracle Consulting practice to join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Profile Requirements- 12+ years of relevant Oracle consulting and implementation experience.
- Strong experience across Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite solutions.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into solution designs.
- Experience with stakeholder management, workshops, testing and deployment activities.
- Strong communication, leadership and client-facing skills.
- Experience working in consulting environments and managing multiple priorities.
- Work with clients to identify business challenges and define Oracle-enabled solutions.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment activities.
- Support proposals, project delivery and client relationship management.
- Drive quality deliverables and adherence to project governance standards.
- Mentor team members and contribute to practice development and knowledge sharing.
- Lead large-scale transformation programs and strategic client engagements.
- Own business development, account growth and pursuit activities.
- Develop and coach high-performing consulting teams.
