Duties
- Lead technical communications with key enterprise accounts and for major projects; provide comprehensive pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including technical consulting, product presentations, solution design, and product demonstrations for clients.
- Design integrated energy storage system solutions and prepare tender documentation; be responsible for responding to RFPs, delivering compelling bid presentations, and addressing technical inquiries during the bidding process.
- Deliver conduct product training sessions, technical workshops, and seminars for customers.
- Gather and analyze customer information and requirements; monitor and compile intelligence on competitor products and activities.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by the company.
- Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills; experience in Utility Scale BESS energy storage solutions is a plus.
- Knows how to use CAD.
