ERP & Systems Administrator
The ERP & Systems Administrator is responsible for managing ERP system administration (user, roles, and company structure) along with supporting other business systems used within the organization. The role works under the direction of the Head of IT and collaborates with the existing IT infrastructure and network teams.
Works with:
System/Server Administrator, Network Administrator, and Business Teams
Create, update, and deactivate ERP user accounts. Assign roles and ensure RBAC and SoD compliance. Maintain company structure including entities, departments, business units, and approval hierarchies. Provide ERP functional support to business users by understanding process issues, guiding users on system workflows, assisting with transactions, coordinating requirement clarification, and escalating technical or configuration issues to the vendor or implementation team when required.
OtherSystems Administration (Secondary Responsibility)
Support internal business systems, manage user access, perform basic configurations, and assist users with system-related and functional issues. Support data updates, reports, user guidance, issue analysis, and coordination between business users, IT teams, and vendors.
Coordination & ExecutionExecute tasks assigned by the Head of IT. Coordinate with infrastructure and network teams. Support testing during system updates.
Audit & ComplianceMaintain user access logs and records. Support audits and ensure compliance with IT policies.
Required SkillsExperience with any ERP system (Oracle,SAP, Dynamics, Odoo). Strong understanding of user roles and access control. Oracle Fusion is a plus. Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
