We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of enterprise ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong techno‑functional expertise, enabling them to translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 F&O solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct fit‑gap analysis.
• Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.
• Prepare functional and technical design documentation (BRDs, FDDs, TDDs).
• Support integrations with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, REST APIs, HRMS, banking, and third‑party systems.
• Manage data migration, reporting, workflows, security, and system configuration.
• Coordinate testing activities, including SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality ERP solutions.

• 7–12+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations experience.
• Proven experience delivering multiple end‑to‑end D365 F&O implementations.
• Experience with ERP migration, integrations, data migration, and production support.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and ERP business processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
