A reputable hospitality organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Server Administrator to join its IT Infrastructure team. The role is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s Microsoft server environment, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance of critical business systems.

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the organization’s Microsoft server infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, group policies, organizational units, and security permissions.
• Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft business applications.
• Monitor server performance, system availability, and infrastructure health to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Perform server installation, configuration, upgrades, patch management, and system migrations.
• Manage virtualization environments and storage solutions where applicable.
• Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, and infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure systems comply with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver infrastructure projects and technology improvements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, technology refresh initiatives, and digital transformation projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft server administration within an enterprise environment.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft networking services.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure technologies and enterprise server environments.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration, Azure services, and hybrid environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
