To bridge business needs with technology solutions by analyzing business requirements, optimizing processes, and translating strategic objectives into scalable digital solutions. The role partners with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products and business initiatives by ensuring clear requirements, effective stakeholder alignment, and successful execution throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision‑making.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and other documentation for development teams.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UX/UI Designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate operational, financial, and technology‑related risks, providing recommendations to mitigate potential issues.
• Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, process diagrams, and workflow documentation to clearly communicate business requirements.
• Produce and maintain key project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, process maps, sequence diagrams, scope documents, and UAT plans.
• Support project planning by tracking milestones, maintaining issue logs, monitoring progress, and ensuring documentation remains up‑to‑date.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements gathering sessions to align business objectives with technical solutions.
• Collaborate with QA teams during testing cycles and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Monitor product performance after implementation, gather user feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve customer experience and product adoption.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them where appropriate to support successful delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role within a technology or digital transformation environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience creating business documentation, process flows, use cases, wireframes, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
