Role Overview

Uniqus Consul tech is seeking a highly motivated Manager / Associate Director – Oracle Transformation & Project Management to join its growing Technology Consulting practice in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience leading Oracle ERP/Financials implementation programs
, managing enterprise transformation initiatives, and driving successful project delivery across complex stakeholder environments. The role requires a blend of Oracle functional knowledge, project management expertise, client relationship management, and consulting leadership.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing Oracle-driven transformation engagements, advising clients on best practices, and ensuring successful delivery of large-scale digitization programs across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities Oracle Transformation Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and transformation engagements.
  • Manage Oracle Financials and related Oracle Cloud modules including Procurement, SCM, HCM, and EPM where applicable.
  • Drive project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities.
  • Ensure successful migration from legacy ERP platforms to Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Monitor delivery performance, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and project outcomes.
Project & Program Management
  • Lead multiple client engagements simultaneously while ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Establish governance structures, project controls, risk management processes, and reporting frameworks.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Conduct Steering Committee (Steer Co) meetings and executive status reviews.
  • Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and issues.
Client Advisory & Consulting
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, finance leaders, and transformation sponsors.
  • Provide strategic guidance on ERP modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions.
  • Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary liaison between client leadership, implementation teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Finance, Technology, Operations, and Procurement functions.
  • Influence decision-making and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Practice Development
  • Support business development activities including proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and client pursuits.
  • Contribute to solution development and go-to-market initiatives within the Oracle practice.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, project managers, and functional leads.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement across engagements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
Experience Requirements
  • 10+ years of consulting, ERP transformation, or enterprise project management experience.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Financials Cloud.
  • Experience managing large-scale Oracle transformation engagements in consulting environments.

    Experience working with clients across the GCC/Middle East region.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional and multi‑vendor programs.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Native or fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of GCC business culture and regulatory environments.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with travel across the UAE and the broader Middle East region.
