Solution Architect – Deployment & Integration

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing, deploying, and integrating Quantum Gate solutions within customer environments. As the technical lead for customer implementations, you will translate business requirements into secure, scalable architectures while ensuring successful deployments, seamless integrations, and an exceptional customer experience.

You will work closely with customers and cross‑functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Project Management, and Customer Success—to deliver enterprise‑grade cybersecurity solutions.

• Design end‑to‑end solution architectures based on customer business and technical requirements.
• Assess customer infrastructure, including networks, cloud environments, identity platforms, and security architecture, to ensure deployment readiness.
• Lead software installation, configuration, deployment, testing, and production rollouts.
• Integrate Quantum Gate solutions with enterprise systems such as IAM, Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, SIEM platforms, databases, and REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot complex deployment and integration issues, coordinating with internal engineering teams when required.
• Produce solution designs, deployment guides, implementation documentation, and operational handover materials.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle, from discovery through post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve product capabilities based on customer feedback.
• Mentor implementation engineers and contribute to technical best practices and deployment standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Professional Services, Systems Engineering, or Enterprise Infrastructure.
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise software solutions in complex customer environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking, security, and infrastructure technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, LDAP, OAuth, SAML, and Single Sign‑On (SSO).
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure deployment practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, presentation, and customer‑facing consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively with cross‑functional teams.

• Experience with Zero Trust architectures and enterprise cybersecurity platforms.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with SIEM, monitoring, and observability platforms.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CCNA/CCNP, CISSP, Security+, or ITIL.
