Partner Operations Specialist

As a Partnerships Operations Specialist you’ll bring structure, reliability, and AI-driven efficiency to how our partnerships function runs day-to-day. This is an operationally-focused role — you won't be owning partner relationships directly, but you'll ensure reporting is accurate, tooling is appropriate, and processes hold together across the partner lifecycle.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants exposure to a fast-moving, commercially-driven partnerships function, and who is genuinely comfortable using AI tools to drive efficiency rather than relying on manual processes.

• Own day-to-day partnerships operations, ensuring consistent reporting and visibility across all partners
• Build and maintain partner reporting frameworks, with clear, reliable tracking of partner-sourced revenue and attribution
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date partner data across CRM and partner management tooling
• Support on organising events and partner marketing activities

• Manage the partner portal — ensuring it's well-structured, up to date, and a genuine resource for partners
• Identify and implement opportunities to use AI tools to improve operational efficiency across partnerships workflows
• Continuously look for ways to reduce manual work across partner reporting and administration

• Partner closely with Revenue Operations and Enablement to align processes, data, and tooling across the partner lifecycle
• Serve as the operational bridge between partner relationship managers and the broader GTM engine

• Experience in commercial partnerships, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related operational role
• Strong, demonstrable comfort with AI tools — you should already be using them actively in your day-to-day work, not just curious about them
• Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail, particularly around data and reporting accuracy
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Enablement, and partner-facing teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with CRM and partner management tooling (e.g. Salesforce, partner portals)
• Experience in an AI, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise software company
• Exposure to regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, insurance, or government

• Partner reporting is accurate, consistent, and trusted by the wider GTM team
• The partner portal is a genuinely useful, up-to-date resource rather than a stale reference point
• AI tools are visibly reducing manual operational work within the partnerships function and reducing the operational burden on our partners.
