• Proven experience leading Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Science teams within financial services, trading, fintech, or cryptocurrency environments.
• Strong understanding of derivatives, futures, trading products, market structure, and financial markets.
• Advanced hands‑on expertise with SQL and Python for large-scale data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and develop high-performing analytics teams.
• Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to influence strategy through data-driven insights.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
• Experience designing KPIs, performance frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models to support business growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with evolving market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
