Xebia is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery in an Airline Airport Operations setting. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in IT with 5+ years as a Scrum Master and solid experience coordinating across business and technology teams in airline ops.
They will facilitate sprint planning, daily scrums, PI planning, and release planning, while reporting on Agile metrics and ensuring alignment with Airport Operations, Ground, and Flight operations teams.
