Atain seeks a CRM Business Functional Tester to ensure CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or SAP CRM) meet end-user needs across Sales, Marketing, and Service. You will focus on business logic, workflows, and user experience, validating data integrity, permissions, reports, and end-to-end processes.
You will develop test plans and cases, perform regression testing, and support UAT by providing data and guidance to stakeholders.
