A well-established UAE Holding Company based in Abu Dhabi (diverse portfolio of businesses) is hiring two Network Engineers — one replacement hire and one additional headcount. You’ll work closely with the Lead Network Engineer
, supporting day-to-day network operations and helping keep connectivity stable, secure, and fast across the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting properly, testing changes before rollout, and keeping the network performing at its best — not just reacting when something breaks.
Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 (depending on experience)
- Support and maintain the company’s LAN/WAN network communications (including remote site connectivity)
- Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot the network to ensure uptime and performance
- Proactively identify infrastructure improvements and support upgrades/changes
- Thoroughly test new or changed infrastructure before deployment to minimise user impact
- Support equipment installations/relocations and business setup requirements
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve equipment and connectivity issues quickly
- Maintain accurate hardware/software inventory (versions, serials, warranties, IPs, locations, etc.)
- Help improve issue identification, documentation, and resolution processes as the business scales
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science (or similar)
- 3–5 years experience in a networking role
- Minimum 3 years UAE experience (required)
- Solid background in networking + server operating systems + hardware/software troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills and comfortable supporting a diverse user base
