About ai71
Super Hive is the agentic AI platform for the construction industry, built by AI71 out of Abu Dhabi. We provide the intelligence that streamlines decisions across the full project lifecycle — AI agents that reason over the data construction generates, surface what matters, and automate the work humans shouldn’t have to do. We are well established in the Gulf, working with the master developers and project owners shaping the region’s largest programs, and now scaling to the global construction industry — the world’s largest.

We’re hiring a Sales Engineer to be the technical front line on every Super Hive opportunity. You sit alongside our commercial team in the room with clients — running discovery, demoing the platform, fielding architecture and AI questions, responding to RFPs, and scoping the POCs that turn interest into committed engagements. You are the technical credibility on the call. You translate what the client’s data and tool stack actually looks like into a clear picture of where Super Hive plugs in and what the first proof point should be.
You hand off to the Engagement Lead once the engagement is committed, and feed what you learned back into Product and into the next opportunity.
- Partner with the commercial team on every active opportunity — from first discovery through committed engagement.
- Lead the technical conversation in client meetings: how Super Hive works, how it connects to their existing stack (Autodesk ACC, Procore, Primavera, Oracle Unifier, internal data lakes), where AI agents fit, and what security and data residency look like in their environment.
- Run tailored demos and technical walk-throughs against the client’s actual pain — not the canned deck.
- Own RFP and technical-questionnaire responses end-to-end, pulling in Product, Engineering, and Security as needed.
- Scope POCs: define success criteria with the client, design the technical setup, identify data and access needs, agree the evaluation, and hand the committed engagement to the Engagement Lead.
- Build and maintain a reusable demo environment, reference architectures, and an integration playbook so the next opportunity moves faster than the last.
- Codify recurring objections, FAQs, and “how does Super Hive handle X” patterns so the commercial team can answer more of them without escalation.
- Bring client signal back to Product — what’s being asked for, what’s blocking, what would unlock the next tier of deals.
- 5+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or pre‑sales at an enterprise software or AI company. You’ve owned the technical side of complex B2B deals end‑to‑end.
- Strong technical instincts on enterprise architecture — APIs, integrations, identity, data residency, security review — enough to hold a credible conversation with a client’s CIO, CTO, or head of architecture.
- Hands‑on with current AI tooling — frontier models, agents, evals — and able to field technical AI questions in the room without deflecting to Product or Engineering.
- Track record running technical discovery and POC scoping for sophisticated buyers with complex existing tool stacks.
- Excellent written communication: an RFP response that closes deals, an architecture diagram a customer’s IT team will accept, a one‑pager an executive will actually read.
- Comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders — including c‑level — and adjusting depth on the fly.
- Comfortable in a small senior team with high autonomy and direct customer exposure.
- Sales‑engineering experience at a construction‑tech / AEC software company — e.g. Autodesk, Trimble, Bentley Systems,…
