A global fund in Abu Dhabi is expanding its AI research team and is looking for an experienced AI Scientist to help build and optimise next-generation LLM applications.

You’ll be working hands-on across the full LLM lifecycle, from fine-tuning foundation models and prompt optimisation through to deploying production-ready AI applications. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to model evaluation, safety, and applied research while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.

• Strong hands-on experience fine-tuning, optimising and deploying LLMs into production.
• Expertise with PyTorch, Tensor Flow and/or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience building LLM applications such as conversational AI, text generation or summarisation.
• A solid understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation and practical AI optimisation techniques.
• A Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning or a related field from a leading university.
• Contributions to impactful AI research or recognised open-source projects are highly desirable.
