Intern-Field Application Engineer

• On-site and remote technical support for customers to resolve issues in POC or after-sales inquiries.
• Track, maintain and resolve incidents as well as provide reports to customers.
• Perform device installation and integration into the customer environment.
• Provide technical training for Partners and/or customers.
• Escalate product issues to R&D team.
• Create technical documentation for projects and/or internal knowledge base.
• Engage in both domestic and international projects.

Each intern will be assigned a mentor from our team who will guide and support them throughout their tenure.

• Fresh graduates/final year students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
• Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work under minimum supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication skills in Arabic (C1 or above) and English (B2 or above). Please assess this requirement prior to application, as frequent communication with local UAE clients will be required.
• Self-motivated, willing to take ownership and passionate about continuous learning.

Prior qualifications and working experience within the IT industry are advantageous.
