Oracle Fusion Consultant

We are supporting a major UAE organisation in appointing an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant for an initial 6-12 month contract.

The successful consultant will bring broad functional expertise across the Oracle Fusion application suite and support the continued development, optimisation and delivery of the organisation’s Oracle environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion solutions
• Provide functional expertise across multiple Oracle Fusion modules
• Lead workshops, process-mapping sessions and solution-design discussions
• Configure and optimise Oracle Fusion applications in line with business requirements
• Support integrations, testing, data migration, UAT and deployment activities
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions based on Oracle best practices
• Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with technical and business teams
• Produce functional documentation, solution specifications and training materials
• Support user training, knowledge transfer and post-implementation activities
• Ensure solutions align with the organisation’s wider technology strategy

Required experience:

• At least 8 years of Oracle consulting or implementation experience
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
• Broad functional expertise across several Oracle Fusion modules
• Experience across areas such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM, Projects or EPM
• Full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementation, upgrade or transformation experience
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes and cross-module dependencies
• Confident stakeholder-management and workshop-facilitation skills
• Excellent communication, documentation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments
• Ability to work onsite in the UAE three to four days per week
