We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in SQL Server, MySQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Database Services, and Database Migration
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring database availability, performance, security, and reliability across mission-critical production environments.
This role requires hands‑on experience in Azure database migrations, SQL Server Always On, troubleshooting complex database issues, and managing high‑availability environments
.
- Administer and maintain SQL Server, MySQL, and Cosmos DB environments.
- Ensure 24x7 database availability, performance, and security.
- Manage database high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Implement and support SQL Server Always On Availability Groups.
- Perform Azure database migration projects and upgrades.
- Apply database patches, upgrades, and support EOL database transitions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database incidents and performance issues.
- Monitor database health, capacity, and resource utilization.
- Assist application teams with query tuning and database optimization.
- Automate routine DBA tasks and maintenance activities.
- Support production deployments and scheduled maintenance activities.
- Prepare daily and monthly database availability reports.
- Maintain compliance with audit, risk, and security requirements.

- Excellent Communication Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of Azure database technologies
- Ability to work in a critical production support environment
