Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on smartphones and computers
- Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras and other components
- Perform advanced motherboard logic board repairs and micro-soldering
- Repair and troubleshoot iPhone, Samsung and all Android devices
- Repair and maintain desktop computers and laptops
- Install, update and troubleshoot operating systems and software
- Ensure high-quality repairs and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Provide excellent customer service and explain repair solutions clearly
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile phone repair
- Strong experience with Apple iPhone, Samsung and Android devices
- Experience in motherboard logic board repair and micro-soldering
- Knowledge of computer and laptop hardware/software repair
- Ability to diagnose faults accurately and work independently
- Honest, reliable and committed to quality workmanship
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Candidates currently residing in UAE and available for immediate joining are preferred

- High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in electronics or computer repair is a strong advantage
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT), or manufacturer-specific certifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience repairing a diverse range of mobile phones (iOS, Android) and computers (Windows, macOS)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges
- Physically capable of lifting moderate weight and working in various positions for extended periods
- Maintains a high level of attention to detail to ensure thoroughness and accuracy in all repair and diagnostic processes
- Proactive learner, eager to stay abreast of rapidly evolving mobile and computer technologies and repair methodologies
- Communicates effectively and empathetically with customers, explaining technical jargon in simple terms and managing expectations
