A leading banking client is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Fin Ops Analyst for a 12-month renewable contract in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will work closely with cloud, finance, and technology teams to optimize cloud spending, improve financial accountability, and implement Fin Ops best practices across multi-cloud platforms. • Manage cloud financial operations and Fin Ops practices across enterprise cloud environments.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud costs to improve financial efficiency.
• Develop and implement cloud financial governance frameworks and operating models.
• Collaborate with finance, cloud engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Support cloud budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost allocation.
• Optimize workloads across AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Provide recommendations for cloud cost optimization and resource utilization.
• Support AI and productivity cloud services from a financial governance perspective.
• Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and cloud governance standards.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level insights.

• Minimum 7+ years of total professional experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience in Cloud Financial Management (Fin Ops), cloud cost optimization, cloud operations, or financial governance.
• Experience working within large enterprises or banking environments is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with AI and productivity cloud services.
• Strong understanding of Fin Ops operating models and cloud financial governance.
• Fin Ops Certified Practitioner (FOCP) certification is required.
• Fin Ops for AI certification is preferred.
• Cloud Solutions Architect certification (AWS, Azure, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
