A stealth-mode Fin Tech startup in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, digital operating models, process modernization, and technology-enabled business change. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to define and execute transformation strategies across business, technology, operations, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and business modernization programs.
- Design and implement digital operating models and transformation strategies.
- Drive process redesign, automation, and customer journey transformation initiatives.
- Translate business strategy into transformation roadmaps, execution plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional programs involving Product, Technology, Data, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.
- Manage transformation portfolios, project governance, budgets, risks, and executive reporting.
- Collaborate with external consulting partners, technology vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Promote innovation through AI-enabled transformation, cloud technologies, automation, and digital platforms.
- Monitor program performance and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Present transformation progress and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Strategy, Technology Consulting, or Transformation Delivery.
- Proven experience leading complex transformation programs within Fin Tech, Banking, Financial Services, Digital Payments, or Technology organizations.
- Strong expertise in digital operating models, process redesign, automation, customer journey transformation, and technology-enabled business change.
- Experience developing transformation roadmaps, KPIs, and execution strategies.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled transformation, cloud technologies, digital products, automation, and enterprise data platforms.
- Experience leading cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
- Proven experience managing transformation portfolios, budgets, vendors, risks, and executive governance.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
AED 35,000 – 40,000 per month
