Salesforce and CRM Manager - Real Estate

Are you passionate about leveraging Salesforce and CRM technologies to drive commercial excellence, customer engagement, and business transformation?

We are looking for a highly motivated Salesforce & CRM Solutions Manager to lead and evolve our CRM ecosystem, ensuring it supports business growth, customer engagement, sales performance, and operational excellence.

In this role, you'll act as the bridge between business and technology, driving CRM strategy, leading transformation projects, optimizing commercial processes, and ensuring Salesforce delivers maximum value across Sales, Customer Management, Marketing, and Partner functions. You'll also oversee system enhancements, data governance, user adoption, vendor relationships, and team development.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
• PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or similar Project Management certifications are advantageous.

• 8-10 years of experience managing Salesforce, CRM platforms, or enterprise business systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams and delivering business technology projects.
• Proven track record in CRM transformation, process optimization, and business solution delivery.
• Experience with in Real Estate, Property Development, Hospitality, Financial Services, or other customer-centric industries is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
