We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong hands‑on testing experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and mandatory airline booking domain expertise.
The ideal candidate should have tested complete airline booking journeys and integrations between Dynamics CRM and other airline systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform functional and end‑to‑end testing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications
- Validate complete airline booking and reservation workflows
- Conduct integration testing between CRM, booking, payment, ticketing, APIs, and downstream systems
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and requirement traceability
- Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and defect retesting
- Identify, document, and coordinate resolution of defects with development and business teams
- Ensure quality across complete customer and booking journeys
Skills:
- 5+ years of overall QA and testing experience
- Strong hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM testing
- End‑to‑end testing experience
- Strong integration testing experience
- Airline domain experience is mandatory
- Hands‑on experience in airline booking or reservation modules
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi
- Available to join immediately or within 30 days
- Flight search and availability
- Passenger and contact details
- Fare selection and payment
- Ticketing and booking confirmation
- Flight change, cancellation, or refund workflows
- CRM integration with airline booking platforms
Candidates without airline booking domain experience or Dynamics CRM testing experience will not be considered.
