An established IT company is looking for Emirati IT Support Specialists to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth operations of IT systems. This role involves troubleshooting, system maintenance, and user support across hardware and software platforms.

• Offertechnical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Manageinstallation, configuration, and updates for systems and applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality
• Troubleshoot connectivity problems, diagnoseIT security risks and provide solutions.
• Assist in managing servers, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Document IT issues and solutions while improvinginternal IT support processes
• Collaborate with teams to maintaincybersecurity protocols

• UAE National (Emirati)– part of Emiratisation initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree inIT, Computer Science, or related field
• Proficiency innetworking, Windows, Linux, and cloud computing basics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication in English and Arabic
• Finance (SAP & Oracle preferred) experience is a plus
