Skills:

• Salesforce Testing Strategy, Planning, and Execution.
• Strong experience testing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud solutions.
• Financial Services and Banking domain knowledge, including customer onboarding, lending, KYC, AML, wealth management, and regulatory compliance processes.
• End-to-end testing lifecycle management for large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Test scenario creation, test case design, and test script development.
• Functional, System Integration (SIT), End-to-End (E2E), User Acceptance (UAT), and Regression Testing.
• Salesforce data validation and data migration testing.
• API and integration testing involving REST/SOAP web services and middleware platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Test automation framework design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, Copado Robotic Testing, Provar, AccelQ, or similar Salesforce testing platforms.
• Regression test suite development, maintenance, and execution.
• Performance, Load, and Security Testing coordination.
• Defect management and tracking using Jira, Azure Dev Ops, HP ALM, or similar tools.
• Test management and reporting using tools such as Zephyr, Test Rail, or Xray.
• Salesforce release validation and deployment testing.
• Experience validating complex integrations between Salesforce and core banking, ERP, CRM, KYC, AML, and third-party systems.
• Risk-based testing and quality assurance governance.
• Data reconciliation, data integrity, and financial transaction validation testing.
• Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall testing methodologies.
• Test metrics, quality reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading testing teams across multiple work streams and vendors.
