We are recruiting an experienced IT & Systems Administrator for a UAE-based Defence & Aerospace / Industrial organisation.

The IT & Systems Administrator will administer key business systems while supporting users, infrastructure and basic cybersecurity requirements.

• Administer Odoo ERP.
• Administer Bayzat.
• Manage user accounts and system permissions.
• Provide internal IT support.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues.
• Support employee IT onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain basic cybersecurity controls.
• Support system access security.
• Maintain IT documentation.
• Coordinate with external IT suppliers where required.
• Support system configuration and maintenance.
• Ensure appropriate access-control procedures are maintained.

• Previous IT Systems Administrator experience.
• Hands-on Odoo system-administration experience.
• Hands-on Bayzat administration experience strongly preferred.
• Good user-access management skills.
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
• Strong IT troubleshooting capabilities.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience supporting an industrial or regulated organisation advantageous.
