The IT Executive will be responsible for supporting the organization's technical operations while also assisting with cashier and financial transaction activities. The successful candidate should have practical IT troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:IT Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor computer systems, networks, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot technical, system, and network-related issues.
- Install and configure software, computers, and other IT equipment.
- Ensure regular system updates, data backups, and basic data security practices.
- Provide technical assistance and support to employees.
- Maintain basic knowledge of CCTV systems and assist with related issues.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.

Cashier & Operational Responsibilities:
- Handle customer transactions accurately using POS and billing systems.
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Support daily cashier operations when required.
- Ensure proper handling and recording of financial transactions.
- Assist with basic accounting-related tasks where necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service while managing multiple responsibilities.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and technical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with POS systems and billing software.
- Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage technical and operational responsibilities.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Previous experience in the retail or service industry.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems is an advantage.
