Technical Documentation Specialist

• Document business processes and workflows within ERP system
• Create user manuals training materials and other documentation to support end-users
• Design process flow diagrams and visual representations of workflows using tools like Visio or Lucidchart or any similar tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and validate procedures
• Ensure documentation is clear concise and user-friendly
• Update and maintain documentation as the system and processes evolve
• Conduct user training sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement

• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field e g Information Technology Business or Communications
• Proven experience as a technical writer or documentation specialist preferably with ERP systems
• Proficiency in documentation tools e g Microsoft Word Google Docs Confluence and flowchart software e g Visio Lucidchart
• Familiarity with technical writing standards and methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong familiarity with the Odoo platform and its functionalities is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for documenting and drawing processes across an ERP system.
