Job Description:

Position Overview

We are looking for an L&D professional with 2-4 years of experience to manage and support employee learning initiatives, LMS operations, course creation, training coordination, and vendor/OEM engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the LMS, including course creation, enrollment, assessments, tracking, and reports.
• Create training content, e-learning courses, presentations, quizzes, and learning materials.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, learning solutions, and L&D automation.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs, trainers, SMEs, and employees.
• Manage OEM and training vendor relationships, including obtaining and comparing quotations.
• Negotiate with vendors/OEMs on pricing, discounts, schedules, and commercial terms.
• Prepare L&D presentations, reports, and management updates.
• Track training participation, completion, feedback, and effectiveness.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in L&D, training coordination, HR/L&D, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with any LMS platform.
• Good knowledge of AI tools and digital learning solutions.
• Strong PowerPoint, presentation, and course/content creation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good vendor management, OEM coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred

Experience in an IT/Technology organization and exposure to OEM (Microsoft,AWS,Google Cloud,etc) certification or technical training programs.
