To Intake Plan monitor control execute and report regulatory projects and initiatives to ensure delivery within defined scope schedule and budget while maintaining alignment with the regulator To lead regulatory project s initiation activities including defining scope objectives deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with and approvals from key stakeholders Ensure internal and external alignment set clear expectations and adhere to them monitor performance of regulatory portfolio track progress against milestones manage change requests and mitigate risks to ensure project stability and continuity Work with fellow PMO team to coordinate in delivery of any dependencies in alignment with the expectations Act as single point of contact for IT on all regulatory topics

- Monitor project progress and resolve delivery issues
- Maintain communication with stakeholders

- Ensure adherence of regulatory work to IT processes
- Ensure project delivery in alignment with Daman s project management framework
- Prepare and present project status reports
- Track and control risks issues dependencies and change requests
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Support project closure and benefits tracking
- Track and report on external regulatory technology issues raised and their status
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent.
- Experience with Agile and Dev Ops frameworks is a plus.
- Must be an Arabic speaker
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in technology project management.
- Minimum 3 years experience specifically in area of application solution delivery.
- Minimum 3 years experience in presenting and communicating with senior leadership (SVPs CxOs)
