We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Lead / Solution Specialist to lead large-scale, multi-entity implementations, preferably within wealth management programs. The role focuses on solution design, delivery governance, vendor coordination, and integration across UAE and Swiss technology stacks.

• Lead and manage large-scale, multi-entity project implementations, preferably wealth projects.
• Drive solution design workshops and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate vendor implementation teams and manage delivery governance, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Ensure alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks.
• Oversee integrations across portfolio management, custody, trading, CRM, payments, market data, onboarding, and regulatory systems.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover, and Go-Live activities.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements including FINMA, AML, and TAX reporting.

• 10+ years of Banking and Wealth Management experience.
• 5+ years in Wealth Transformation or Private Banking implementation programs.
• Experience with large-scale banking IT programs and wealth platform implementations.
• Strong multi-vendor delivery governance and infrastructure/release management experience.
• Experience managing EU/Swiss new bank setup.
• Experience implementing Finnova or Incore Sobaco is a plus.
