IDC Technologies is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead
- Agentic AI to drive the successful delivery of enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives. This strategic leadership role is responsible for managing end-to-end Agentic AI programs, ensuring governance, stakeholder alignment, and the successful deployment of intelligent AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

As a Delivery Lead
- Agentic AI, you will lead the planning, execution, and scaling of advanced AI-driven initiatives across complex enterprise environments. You will work closely with business leaders, product teams, AI engineers, architects, and external stakeholders to define project scope, establish delivery frameworks, and ensure successful production deployment of Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong program management expertise with a deep understanding of Generative AI, AI-integrated software development life cycles, and agile delivery methodologies.

You will play a critical role in driving innovation, managing governance and risk controls, and ensuring that AI solutions align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. This is a high-impact role suited for a leader who thrives in fast-paced digital transformation environments.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI programs from discovery and scoping through production deployment and operational scaling
• Define project roadmaps, delivery frameworks, governance models, and success metrics for AI initiatives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI adoption and process transformation
• Drive Agile planning, sprint execution, and delivery performance across cross-functional teams
• Oversee integration of Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications and business workflows
• Establish AI governance, compliance, security, and risk management frameworks
• Manage stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and project escalations
• Ensure successful deployment, monitoring, optimization, and scaling of AI solutions in production environments
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, product, and operations teams to achieve delivery objectives
• Promote best practices for AI-enabled software development life cycles and enterprise AI adoption

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or digital transformation leadership roles
• Proven experience delivering large-scale AI, Data, Digital, or Enterprise Technology programs
• Strong expertise in Agile project scoping, planning, and execution methodologies
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI applications
• Experience integrating AI capabilities within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior executives and business leaders
• Experience establishing governance, risk, compliance, and operational controls for AI initiatives
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and strategic priorities simultaneously

• Certification in Agile, Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management frameworks
• Experience with AI orchestration platforms and autonomous agent frameworks
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI services
• Understanding of Responsible AI, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance frameworks
• Experience leading AI transformation programs within large enterprise or government environments
