AI Product Manager

Client & Project:
We are seeking a new talent to join the AI & Data team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project  FAB-DAAI_6 Months Pilot. The client is FIRST ABU DHABI BANK, a company that operates in the financial services sector providing banking and investment solutions to a diverse customer base.

• As an AI Product Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
• Leading the development of AI-driven products by collaborating closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to create innovative AI solutions.
• Defining the vision and strategy for AI products while addressing ethical considerations throughout the development process.
• Monitoring and adjusting AI models based on performance and user feedback
• Acting as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, demonstrating influencing and advisory skills.
• Providing solutions that are scalable across various groups.
• Providing strategic guidance to shape the development and deployment of AI products ensuring alignment with business goals and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster innovation and drive continuous improvement in AI product offerings.
• Leading discussions and workshops to influence stakeholders and build consensus on AI product direction and priorities.
• Evaluating emerging AI technologies and trends to recommend enhancements that maintain competitive advantage.
• Championing best practices in AI product management and promote knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization.
• Advanced proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Advanced proficiency in Product Innovation Strategy
• Intermediate proficiency in AI Architecture and AI Workflow Integration
• Proven experience in AI Adoption projects
