We are seeking a highly motivated Scrum Master to drive agile practices and enable high-performing, cross-functional teams working on cutting-edge autonomous vehicles, robotics, and AI solutions. The Scrum Master will play a key role in facilitating agile ceremonies, removing impediments, ensuring alignment across engineering teams, and supporting continuous improvement across the product development lifecycle. This role requires strong collaboration with software, hardware, systems engineering, and product stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality
Responsibilities- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment of agile practices, consistent implementation of frameworks, and smooth coordination across all teams
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Guide and coach the team on Agile/SAFe principles, ensuring consistent and effective implementation
- Maintain team sprint boards, backlogs, and metrics to ensure transparency and alignment
- Work closely with Product Owners to refine requirements, define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure readiness via DoR/DoD
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team collaboration, predictability, and delivery quality
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, automotive, AI/ML, or other high-tech engineering environments
- SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or other Agile certifications
- Understanding of systems engineering processes, hardware/software integration, or testing/IVV workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and preferably SAFe methodologies
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams (software, hardware, robotics, systems)
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related Agile frameworks
- Proven ability to manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of agile metrics
- Ability to handle competing priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
- Ability to build trust and foster collaboration within and across teams
- Empathy, patience, and a coaching-oriented approach
- High level of adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Conflict resolution and stakeholder alignment skills
