Presales Solution Leader

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Leader (Pre-Sales) to shape complex client solutions and help convert opportunities into successful, deliverable engagements.

You will bridge business consulting, sales and technical delivery. Working with business consultants, account teams, delivery specialists and technology partners, you will translate client challenges into commercially viable, technically credible solutions.

You will support opportunities from discovery and solution design through RFP response, commercial qualification, closure and handover to delivery. This role reports to the Director of Solutions.

• Develop end-to-end solution designs, architectures and narratives for client opportunities.
• Translate business needs into practical, scalable and deliverable technology solutions.
• Lead or support RFPs, bids, proposals and client presentations.
• Partner with business consultants to provide deeper technical solutioning following initial client engagement and business-case development.
• Work with sales teams to qualify, progress and close opportunities.
• Contribute to scope definition, delivery assumptions, pricing models, value propositions, risk assessments and margin considerations.
• Engage senior client stakeholders, technical teams, vendors and partners to validate requirements and build confidence in proposed solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across consulting, architecture, engineering, delivery and commercial functions.
• Ensure a clear, effective transition from sales into delivery, including documented scope, assumptions, risks and success measures.
• Maintain opportunity qualifications, milestones, forecasts and pipeline information.
• Identify opportunities to expand the Solutions portfolio within existing accounts.

• Experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, technical consulting or pre-sales.
• A track record of shaping complex enterprise technology solutions and progressing them through to delivery.
• Experience leading or contributing to RFPs, tenders, bids and solution proposals.
• Broad technology exposure across cloud, AI, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, modern workplace or related enterprise platforms.
• Strong commercial awareness, including solution scope, pricing, value propositions, delivery feasibility and risk.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to engage senior business and technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating with sales, consultants, delivery teams, vendors and strategic technology partners.
• Ability to explain complex technology clearly in terms of business value and client outcomes.

• Your ownership from discovery and solution shaping through commercial qualification, closure and delivery handover.
• Experience with quota-bearing or variable-compensation structures and the metrics linked to them.
• Breadth of experience across technologies, industries and solution types.
• Examples of pricing models, value propositions or commercial proposals you have developed.
• Your approach to balancing client requirements, technical feasibility, commercial viability and delivery risk.
