Techno Functional Lead​/Solution Specialist; m​/f​/d

Key Responsibilities

Main duties and day-to-day tasks expected from the resource

• Lead & Manage Large Scale and multi entity Project Implementation – preferably wealth projects
• Drive solution design workshops and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate vendor implementation teams
• Drive delivery governance, reporting, and issue resolution
• Ensure alignment between UAE and Swiss technology stacks
• Oversee integrations across portfolio management, custody, trading, CRM, payments, market data, onboarding, and regulatory systems.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Dress Rehearsal, Cutover, and Go-Live activities.
• Experience in compliance with Swiss regulatory requirements including FINMA, AML, TAX reporting.
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, dependency tracking, and stakeholder reporting.

Primary technical and functional skills

• Large scale banking IT programs
• Wealth platform implementations
• Multi vendor delivery governance
• Strong infrastructure and release management understanding
• Experience Managing EU/Swiss – New Bank Setup
• Experience in implementing Finnova is a plus
• Experience with Incore Sobaco is a plus

Specific domain or industry knowledge required

• 10+ years of Banking and Wealth Management experience.
• 5+ years in Wealth Transformation or Private Banking implementation programs.

Additional skills that are an advantage but not mandatory

• Swiss or EU private banking implementations
• Wealth Implementations
• Experience in implementing Finnova
• Experience with Incore Sobaco
• Enterprise Integration patterns.
• Dev Ops and Release Management exposure.
