Sisco is hiring a Production Support Engineer (L1/L2/L3) in Abu Dhabi, UAE to support banking applications. You will administer Linux and Windows servers and manage cloud workloads on AWS and Azure to ensure service availability.
Ideal candidates have 4–10 years in banking production support, strong ITIL incident management skills, and proficiency in SQL/database troubleshooting. A Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering is required; ITIL/AWS/Azure certs are a plus.
