We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring for the position of Production Support Engineer (L1/L2/L3) in Abu Dhabi, UAE
. The requirement supports banking clients and seeks skilled, motivated professionals with strong production support expertise across server administration, cloud platforms, APIs, databases, and incident management.
- Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for business-critical applications within banking environments.
- Administer and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Support and diagnose production workloads hosted across both AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
Contact- - Investigate API failures, connectivity issues, response errors, and application integration problems.
- Execute SQL queries and perform database-level troubleshooting to identify production issues.
- Manage incidents according to ITIL practices, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution.
- Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate with relevant technical teams during high-priority incidents.
- Monitor production systems and help maintain service availability and operational stability.
- Production monitoring and root-cause-analysis experience.
- Application support experience in business-critical environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and cross-team incident coordination capabilities.
Candidates must have 4–10 years of experience
. Experience in the banking domain is mandatory
, along with hands-on production/application support exposure. Candidates should have practical experience supporting critical systems and resolving production incidents under pressure.
- Minimum: Typical qualification — Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline

- Additional: ITIL / AWS / Azure certifications are relevant but not specified as mandatory.
