Evaluate and validate the developed systems to ensure that the technical and functional requirements are met effectively by conducting the necessary tests.
Manage projects or work streams, represent the business in project activities, coordinate involvement of end-users, manage projects risks and budgets
Being the right hand of product owners when translating business needs into technology requirements.
Manage end to end customer experience. Train end-users on new softwares, reports and dashboards and ensure effective deployment.
Maintain creativity and innovation by staying on top of industry and technological trends and co- govern the way forward.
