Dicetek LLC is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise reporting, analytics, and data visualization solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with expertise in SQL, data warehousing, BI platforms, and cloud-based data ecosystems who can transform complex data into actionable business insights.

As a BI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing scalable business intelligence solutions that support enterprise decision-making and operational excellence. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and reporting teams to design analytical datasets, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks. The role requires strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing architecture. You will contribute to data integration, quality assurance, governance, and analytics initiatives while leveraging modern BI and cloud technologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise BI solutions, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
• Develop interactive reports and visualizations using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Build and optimize analytical datasets, KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
• Design and implement data models using Star Schema and Snowflake Schema methodologies.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Support ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data transformation initiatives.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
• Support enterprise data warehouse development and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and optimize BI performance, data quality, and reporting accuracy.
• Contribute to cloud-based analytics and modern data platform initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation, metadata, and reporting standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience in Business Intelligence, BI Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT methodologies and Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience in Data Modeling, including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema design.
• Experience working with SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar database platforms.
• Strong experience developing reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions.
• Understanding of data integration, data validation, and data quality management practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments with multiple data sources and business stakeholders.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Snowflake platforms.
• Experience with Power Query and DAX for advanced Power BI development.
• Basic Python skills for automation, data processing, or analytics.
• Experience handling large‑scale enterprise datasets and reporting platforms.
• Banking or Financial Services industry experience.
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Security, and Enterprise Data Management frameworks.
• Exposure to modern cloud-native analytics architectures and platforms.
