Senior Engineer, Pre-Sales

We are looking for an experienced Presales Engineer, who will be responsible for presales technical engagements and supporting the sales process in the highly competitive cybersecurity space. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity and the ability to develop and deliver tailored technical solutions to meet client needs, fostering both short-term sales growth and long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities- Sales Support & Solution Design:
Provide deep technical expertise and create tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet client needs and challenges. Collaborate with the sales team to design and present solutions. - Client Engagement:
Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops, showcasing the value and capabilities of our cybersecurity solutions to potential clients. - Proposal Development:
Develop technical proposals, including solution architectures, deployment plans, and ROI analysis, ensuring compelling, technically accurate offerings for clients. - RFP/RFI Responses:
Support the preparation of responses to technical inquiries from prospective clients (RFPs, RFIs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements. - PoC Management:
Develop technical Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, ensuring that solutions meet client technical expectations. - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and alignment with customer expectations.
- Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a presales or technical sales role, with a proven track record of success in the cybersecurity industry. - Cybersecurity Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks. - Communication
Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering strong client relationships and productive discussions. - Customer-Centric:
Strong skills in identifying client needs and offering tailored technical solutions that deliver measurable value. - UAE
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience working within the UAE market, with a strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs.
- Post-Quantum Cybersecurity Knowledge:
Expertise in post-quantum cryptography and the evolving landscape of cybersecurity in the quantum computing era is a plus. - Arabic Fluency:
While not required, fluency in Arabic would be an advantage for working with regional clients.
