• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• +8 years of experience in PLM software support
• Minimum 3 years experience on Aras Innovator production support, upgrade support or L2/L3 support activities.
• Knowledge of configuration management principles, processes, and tools (e.g., CMDB, PLM, PDM).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Supplier Management exposure
• Program Management module exposure
• Experience supporting Aras upgrade projects
• REST/SOAP/API integration basics
• Experience supporting integration with XPLM
• Experience supporting cross-PLM integration such as Windchill-Aras integration
• CAD connector support experience
• ERP/SAP integration support experience
• IIS, Vault and file replication knowledge
• Performance troubleshooting
• ITIL/ticketing process experience
• Knowledge of Aras Innovator Edge API
• CAA CATIA
• Altium tool for PCB design Exposure.

• Hands-on production support experience in Aras Innovator Release 35 or later versions
• Part, BOM, CAD, Document and Change Management support experience
• Manufacturing Process Planning / MPP exposure
• Quality Management / QMS exposure
• Workflow, lifecycle and permission troubleshooting
• Server Methods and Client Methods debugging
• Deployment support and rollback activities
• RCA preparation and issue documentation
• Connectors of Aras for various CAD and CAM tools Exposure.
