Immediate joiners / early availability preferred.
7+ years of functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365, with strong Sales module expertise.
Experience in manufacturing, preferably complex B2B/project-based environments.
Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, including on-premises deployments.
Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into functional/technical specifications.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, functional specifications, SIT/UAT and project delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management, working with business users, senior stakeholders, developers and implementation partners.
Strong communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience in active implementation/transformation projects, managing multiple priorities and changing requirements.
Understanding of CRM integrations with SAP/ERP and other enterprise applications is an advantage. Experience with Dataverse, workflows/automation, security, integrations and CRM customizations is desirable.
Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
