Junior IT Assistant

An exciting opportunity is available for a Junior IT Assistant to join a growing team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a motivated IT professional with a passion for technology, hardware support, and troubleshooting.

The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to users, and help maintain computer systems, hardware, and software. If you enjoy solving technical issues and working in a collaborative environment, this role could be the right fit for you.

• Provide first-level IT support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows, macOS, and business applications.
• Perform basic hardware repairs and minor in-house maintenance.
• Assist with basic networking tasks and ensure smooth system operations.
• Respond to user support requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Foundational knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, applications, and basic networking.
• Practical experience with computer hardware and minor repairs.
• Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to work on-site.
