IT Engineer, Systems Engineer, IT Infrastructure

Looking for an IT-Engineer to support the IT infrastructure and Application Support of our Material Handling System MHS project for Etihad Airport Services Cargo at Zayed International Airport Abu Dhabi The selected candidate will join the project during the pre-commissioning phase and will be involved in infrastructure readiness system installation testing commissioning and transition into 24 7 operational support Candidates with experience supporting IT infrastructure integrated with PLC automation systems will be preferred

• Support IT infrastructure activities during pre-commissioning commissioning and operational phases of the MHS project and participate in 24 7 shift operations after go-live
• Monitor and maintain Servers Virtualization Storage Backup and Application Database infrastructure
• Support integration and communication between IT Applications and PLC automation systems
• Follow defined escalation change management cybersecurity and operational procedures

• Experience in any of the following environments will be highly advantageous
  • Airport Air Cargo Material Handling Systems MHS Warehouse Industrial Automation OT Logistics amp Distribution
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering or a related discipline.
  3 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, Application support.
• Experience with VMware / virtualization environments, Knowledge of Windows Server, Oracle and Linux/RHEL.
• Ability to work effectively in a 24 7 mission-critical environment with strong troubleshooting and incident-management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary technical and functional teams.
